_ Free Collaboration with Google Docs
The main objective of this session is to show the many advantages and power of google docs. The first item I will showcase is for administrators but adaptable to anyone. I will show you how easy it is to adapt a google form for discipline referrals. Once the form is completed, actions are documented, and through a google script those actions are emailed back to the referring party. The best part is the amazing amounts of charted data that is generated through the summary of responses option. The second item I will demonstrate is how you can use google docs to create shared PowerPoints and/or any documents for student use and/or professional development. Everyone should be able to come away with tons of ideas from the session on how you can put google docs/forms to work for you in a variety of ways as you being your collaborating journey. You will all walk away with a shared online resource of a variety of ideas, links, and information to take back to your district and begin implementation with limited barriers to that implementation.

Shared PowerPoint
The Free Collaboration pdf is the PowerPoint with revisions that gives instructions on how to see the summary of responses feature. I've revised the handout from work for today - but will revise it a little better tonight when I get home.
