Session 8 - Monday, November 5, 12:45 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.
This session will explore the many free options available through google docs and google apps for education from simple document creation to shared documents, spreadsheets, drawings, and PowerPoints to templates to share with everyone. Then you'll see how google forms can be the perfect free tool for surveys, data retrieval, and quizzes. We'll even explore self-grading tests. From there, you'll hear about as many other Google features as time allows. The free options and possibilities available through Google docs and apps are definitely Mind-Googling! You WILL walk away with resources ready to implement in your district!
Session 4 - Sunday, November 4, 2:45 - 3:45 p.m.
This session will focus on how the apple tv and/or other mirroring products will integrate with your ipad for improved classroom presentations and student interaction. I will share some of the various apps that I think are helpful in the classroom setting as well as other resources I have found along the way. The iPad is truly an APPstounding resource to have in the educational setting for teachers, students, and administrators. Whether a beginner or expert, you will find something useful in this session.
